Kitchen & Dining Room

  • Clean and sanitize countertops
  • Wipe down the front of the cabinets
  • Clean exterior of appliances
  • Clean inside refrigerator
  • Clean stove top
  • Clean and sanitize the inside of the microwave
  • Clean and sanitize the inside and around the sink
  • Clean and sanitize table and chairs
  • Wipe down backsplash
  • Polish stainless steel appliances
  • Put away clean dishes
  • Wash dirty dishes
  • Throw away any leftovers from previous guests
  • Replace dirty cloth napkins with clean ones
  • Check and restock amenities: paper towel, soap, dishwashing machine soap, trash bags, coffee, etc

  • Clean and sanitize Tubs
  • Clean and sanitize showers
  • Clean and sanitize inside and outside of Toilets
  • Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
  • Replace dirty towels and neatly hung and folded clean ones
  • Replace dirty bath mats and put clean ones
  • Clean and sanitize countertops
  • Wipe down the front of the cabinets
  • Clean and sanitize sinks and vanities
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Check and restock amenities: toilet papers, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues and etc


  • Strip used linens and make beds with clean and fresh ones
  • Fluff decorative pillows and other bedding decor
  • Check under the beds for any left-behind items
  • Straighten out bed skirt when needed


  • Make sure washer and dryer are empty
  • Laundry service in unit (during regular cleaning time)
  • Laundry service off unit (when property doesn’t have laundry in unit)
  • Check and restock: laundry detergent, softener, spare towels, spare sheets, spare pillowcases and etc
*blinds are only dusted with swiffer and/or microfiber cloth. If there is heavy duty dust/dirt, it will need a deep clean on the blinds. This service is done upon request and we clean slot by slot (one by one).
